The Cast

All for One and One for ALL!
The whole project was definitely a team effort. Here we're gathered around for the team cheer. I don't recall what it was, but oh well...

Nate

Nate
Obviously, this is Nate. As you can see, he is demonstrating the preferred weapon of destruction for the day -- the dollar thirty-nine spray paint can.

Cleanup

Cleanup Time
Yeah, we actually did cleanup . . . sorta. From left to right: Jimmy (advancing on Peter), Peter (modestly turning his head, even though he is the subject of the picture), James, Nate, Marc, and Mark (hiding behind Peter and Terra), Terra (the aforementioned hide-and-seek obstacle), Dana (cooly standing and watching the proceedings), and of course Victim #1.

(I recall that at the time this photo was taken, Peter was frantically trying to wash off his VW symbol, (Which was later lost in the grass after dark, but that's another story.) while the rest of the guys look at the VW negative impression we tried to paint on the hood, and it looks like Terra was dodging water splashback.)

Paintin' Party '97 ! ! !

This past week, some friends of mine decided their vehicles needed a new paint job. Being the accomadating guy I am, I threw a painting party at my house for them. Here's what happened . . .

The Group at Work (Kinda)
Here's a bunch of the guys painting, and/or goofing off... From left to right they are: James (the man in shadow), Jimmy (the one who thinks he's using deodorant), Nate (he's hiding), Marc (my brother, the naked one), Peter (the poor car's owner), and Mark (the dude with sunglasses).

Break Time

Break Time
Here's the crew taking a little break. Painting cars can be hard work after all! From left to right are: Peter's Car (a.k.a. Victim #1), Mark (advancing on Victim #1), Marc (below Mark), Peter (running away from the camera), Dana (my sister, doing a little drink advertising), James (hiding behind my sister), Nate (he's hiding too), Terra (the redhead drink advertiser), and you can just barely make out what looks like Jimmy working on Victim #1's front grille. (Okay, so not everyone was taking a break...)

For The Birds: An Aerial View

An Aerial Shot
This is an aerial shot taken from high above the scene of the crime. Crowded around Victim #2 clockwise from the top right are: Nate (his eyes are closed), Me Mum (Doesn't she look happy?:), James (Did I mention we used his camera all day? Thanks James!), Mark (the proud owner of Victim #2, who insists that the star we put on top of his car looked suspiciously like various satanic symbols. Personally, I think he's got an active imagination.), Dana (my cute li'l sis), Marc (my cute li'l bro), and me, myself and I (it's a horrible picture of me...)
